About yoga-core
Hello and welcome!

I'm an accredited and insured yoga, STOTT PILATES® and Total Barre® teacher based in Swiss Cottage teaching one to one and group classes in London.

So what's unique about me and my teaching?
Based on my experience that a mindful physical practice with a little extra core and strength challenge serves me best, I've drawn the best from these three inspiring, classical traditions to develop my own unique ("yoga-core") approach to physical and spiritual wellness for the modern day city dweller.

yoga-core offers you a balanced workout drawing on:

the long, lean muscle building of barre, plus

yoga, meditation and pranayama to integrate mind, body and heart

Too many of us are merely surviving rather than thriving. These are undoubtedly tumultuous and challenging times that we are living through and familiar solutions no longer seem to work.
I developed yoga-core as it gives me the tools I need to rebalance my system whilst living in the midsts of the urban jungle.
