"Marie-Louise’s yoga-core class is a perfect balance of calming and energising practice. She is a very knowledgeable teacher and explains the postures clearly.
Many exercises have an easier and a more advanced version - so depending on how you are feeling, you can combine them to suit your level.

"I had been considering taking up yoga and Pilates classes for some time but was never sure which type was the suitable one for me, then Marie-Louise's "yoga-core" grabbed my attention because of the special accent on strengthening the core and the particular attention to meditation throughout the classes.
